Tire Change Near Me In Ottawa, ON

These guys are so honest and reliable. Stuart especially took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. They didn’t try to upsell me on repairs I didn’t need, which is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be back when my Tucson🚘 needs something next time. Thanks, guys!

My husband and I just moved from Nova Scotia and we were looking for a new garage. We saw great reviews, and when my car wouldn’t start, I called CAA and had them tow us to Bourk’s. Are we ever happy we did. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and quick turnaround. He took the time to explain to me exactly what they had to do. Quoted the price before hand, we picked up the vehicle today. Went over the work order took the time to answer all of my questions. This is definitely our new garage. They have not forgotten what Customer Service is all about and we appreciated everything. Keep up the great work guys

I wonder if Bob and Murtle Bourk had any idea when they launched Bourk's Ignition Ltd., back in 1937, that 89 years later today’s team would still be doing the Bourk name proud.

Currently operated by third-generation family members Gary and Bill Bourk, the auto care establishment has a glowing reputation, and in recent weeks I found out why.

It was time for my 14-year-old vehicle to have a thorough check up. A trusted mechanic who had been taking care of my year-to-year maintenance referred me to Bourk's Complete Car Care. And I’m extremely grateful that he did. The advice, service and follow up I received was second to none; courteous and efficient, friendly and professional, reasonably priced and meticulous.

I’ve always felt that a reliable vehicle is essential for peace of mind. With Bourk’s in my corner, I feel confident that my car care needs have been met for today and will always be taken care of in the future, by my news friends at Bourk’s.

Good experience with them when I was in kanata for a year. Shuttle is very useful. A text with pictures showing whats wrong and the cost to repair is very transparent and easy to use.

I highly recommend this garage. The booking process is straight forward and at the moment you book it online. You don't need to wait for confirmation. I went there for a brake issue and they fixed it no problem. The service is very professional and they are knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have car problems !

Bryan and Stuart provided outstanding customer service when my car developed an issue during my commute on Carling Avenue yesterday. I stopped by without an appointment, and they had my car inspected within 15 minutes of my arrival to make sure it was still safe to drive home. Their willingness to help is greatly appreciated. Amazing service!

Great experience with Bourk’s, would recommend 100%. Way better for my Model Y than going to Tesla directly.

They were super clear, great to deal with, only did the work required and didn’t try any of that shady upsell business that’s all too common.

Offered a local uber, had strong wifi, and heck they even offered me a muffin.

Can’t recommend enough.

Due to originally buying a lemon I got to see this place 4 times in a year. They helped fix the problems that the car i bought had. explained everything to me and never fixed anything without me giving the ok to do so. The owners are very nice and are really understanding. Thank you for all your team does.

p.s THANK YOU for having a shuttel as well

Been going to Bourk's for years, and have always had a good experience. I trust them with the care of my vehicle, and they don't disappoint. On my most recent experience, they were able to quickly resolve an exhaust noise that clearly stumped the local Honda dealership.

I have taken my cars to Bourk's Complete Car Care in Kanata several times, and I’ve always had a great experience. I really appreciate being able to book appointments online and, after the work is completed, receiving a clear list of recommended services along with transparent pricing for each one.

Stuart and Jackson are consistently friendly and efficient during check-in, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. It’s also incredibly convenient that they offer a shuttle service if you don’t have transportation. Bruce is usually the driver, and I’m always happy to see him — he’s relaxed, personable, and a great driver.

All of the service work on my vehicles has been completed by Brennan Lorint, and I’ve never had any issues with the quality of his work. I have great confidence in the team and highly recommend Bourk’s Complete Car Care for all your automotive service needs.

I had an issue with my check engine light coming on and I was about to leave for vacation. Initially, I was going to leave my car for the week so they could check it over when they had time but they managed to squeeze me in and everything was resolved quickly before I had to leave. The guys in the shop and the gentleman driving the shuttle were all wonderful and I consider their rates to be reasonable. I will continue to be a customer as I have always had a good experience and know others who recommend this shop as well! Thank you Bourk's!

Very pleasant and professional interaction. I really liked the digital communication platform. Quick detailed reports and quotes easily approved with one touch.

I've been taking my car here for about a year now. So far they have been great: they don't push unneccessary work, explain things clearly, communicate well. And the shuttle is convenient.

Great experience at Bourks. Stuart got me back up and running in no time. So far so good. He even assisted me in discussions with the dealership. I will definitely be returning to Bourks 👍

I trust Bourk's for reliable, honest and quality work.
Anytime there has been any sort of issue they have always been helpful and see things through to my satisfaction.

They outlined exactly what they were going to do when I brought my car in for issues. No surprises. They gave me detailed estimates on future potential repairs. Their honesty is refreshing. Always well laid out detailed reports of the work done and well within projected costs. Greatly appreciate this outfit plus they know electric cars!

Highly recommend. Been a customer since moving here a few years ago and trust them completly. If they tell me I need something on my car done I know I can trust them because at times I've said I think I needed something done and they told me I can wait a bit longer or said it wasnt necessary. In a world where we often feel like we can be taken advantage of, I trust Bourks completly.

Always amazing service. Bourks is a trusted and reliable name for any car needs. Their friendly and professional nature is only surpassed by their quality work.
