I wonder if Bob and Murtle Bourk had any idea when they launched Bourk's Ignition Ltd., back in 1937, that 89 years later today’s team would still be doing the Bourk name proud.

Currently operated by third-generation family members Gary and Bill Bourk, the auto care establishment has a glowing reputation, and in recent weeks I found out why.

It was time for my 14-year-old vehicle to have a thorough check up. A trusted mechanic who had been taking care of my year-to-year maintenance referred me to Bourk's Complete Car Care. And I’m extremely grateful that he did. The advice, service and follow up I received was second to none; courteous and efficient, friendly and professional, reasonably priced and meticulous.

I’ve always felt that a reliable vehicle is essential for peace of mind. With Bourk’s in my corner, I feel confident that my car care needs have been met for today and will always be taken care of in the future, by my news friends at Bourk’s.

Good experience with them when I was in kanata for a year. Shuttle is very useful. A text with pictures showing whats wrong and the cost to repair is very transparent and easy to use.

I highly recommend this garage. The booking process is straight forward and at the moment you book it online. You don't need to wait for confirmation. I went there for a brake issue and they fixed it no problem. The service is very professional and they are knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have car problems !

Bryan and Stuart provided outstanding customer service when my car developed an issue during my commute on Carling Avenue yesterday. I stopped by without an appointment, and they had my car inspected within 15 minutes of my arrival to make sure it was still safe to drive home. Their willingness to help is greatly appreciated. Offered a local uber, had strong wifi, and heck they even offered me a muffin.

Due to originally buying a lemon I got to see this place 4 times in a year. They helped fix the problems that the car i bought had. explained everything to me and never fixed anything without me giving the ok to do so. The owners are very nice and are really understanding. I had an issue with my check engine light coming on and I was about to leave for vacation. Initially, I was going to leave my car for the week so they could check it over when they had time but they managed to squeeze me in and everything was resolved quickly before I had to leave. The guys in the shop and the gentleman driving the shuttle were all wonderful and I consider their rates to be reasonable.
